USAC's Sign In button now opens One Portal
Same credentials. New landing page. The payment change only matters if USAC has told you to send money back.
As of September 25, the blue Sign In button on usac.org opens USAC’s One Portal dashboard. Log in with the credentials you already have, then open EPC from there.
USAC also turned on Program Recovery Payments inside One Portal. If you have a Commitment Adjustment Demand Letter (COMAD), or you are voluntarily returning E-Rate funds, you pay there. Those payments have to be electronic.
Monday, about 10 minutes
- Sign in once from usac.org and confirm you still reach EPC.
- Fix any bookmark, password-manager entry, or help-desk note that still points at the old login if it fails.
- If you do not have a COMAD and you are not sending money back, ignore the Return Funding button.

If EPC shows something different from this note, the portal wins.
